Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to drive the implementation and management of BIM processes across projects in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on design coordination, data integrity, and enforcing BIM standards to enhance collaboration from anywhere.

You will develop BIM execution plans, train staff, and lead clash detection efforts, leveraging strong Revit and Navisworks skills along with remote leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or in a senior BIM coordination role.
• Expertise in Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of BIM principles.
• Experience developing BIM execution plans and content libraries.
• Excellent understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for remote team management.

Responsibilities
