Placements24 is seeking a proficient BIM Coordinator specializing in Architecture to join their Soweto team. The role focuses on managing BIM processes across architectural projects, ensuring effective use of BIM software, coordinating models, and maintaining model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

You will develop BIM execution plans, coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP), and uphold BIM standards and libraries.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years BIM experience on architectural projects.
• Expert in Revit and Navisworks; strong BIM standards knowledge (ISO 19650).
• Experience in model checking and federated model coordination.
• Knowledge of South African construction practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
