Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a billing professional to ensure accurate, timely invoices are raised in SAP. The role focuses on processing invoices and credit memos while identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate and at least three years of billing experience, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities to liaise across levels of staff.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of billing experience.
• Experience with SAP Billing.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices daily/weekly/monthly in SAP.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate billing processes.
• Process credit memos as needed.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects related to billing.
• Prepare and distribute billing reports.

Purpose of the position:

The overall purpose is to ensure that accurate, timely invoices are raised in SAP

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Matric Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of billing experience essential
• SAP Billing experience essential
• Computer Literate - excel essential
