Primeserv Denverdraft in South Africa is recruiting a Billing Administrator to manage accuracy and timeliness of invoicing for shipments. The role suits someone precise, systems-savvy, comfortable loading rates and handling rebills, with a focus on reporting.

Based in Kempton Park, you will perform daily invoicing, maintain rates in the parcel management system, process credit notes, support sales admin, and compile weekly/monthly client reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in a billing, invoicing, or freight admin role is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in billing and invoicing.
• Understanding invoicing and rate loading on a parcel management system is required.
