Job summary

Fidelity Services Group (Pty) Ltd seeks a meticulous Billing Specialist to ensure accurate invoices in SAP. The role emphasizes timely processing and error-free data, with a focus on continuous improvement in billing workflows.

You will handle invoices, memos, and billing reports while collaborating across levels of the organization to meet tight deadlines and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum matric certificate and 3 years of billing experience.
• Experience with SAP Billing is essential.
• Proficient in Excel and data accuracy.
• Strong communication and deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices daily/weekly/monthly.
• Identify simplification or automation opportunities.
• Process credit memos.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Prepare Billing reports.

Purpose of the position:

The overall purpose is to ensure that accurate, timely invoices are raised in SAP

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Matric Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of billing experience essential
• SAP Billing experience essential
• Computer Literate – excel essential
