The ideal candidate has Matric, at least 3 years cash handling and retail cashier experience, fluent in English and Afrikaans, and demonstrates accuracy, composure under pressure, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years’ experience in cash handling and retail cashier experience.
• Matric / Grade 12 (additional qualification in administration advantageous).
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Aufgaben

• Process Transactions: Scan product barcodes, input price codes, and handle payments via cash and card transactions.
• Handle Cash & Balances: Count change accurately, verify currency authenticity, and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer product questions and process returns or exchanges according to store policy
