Experience in efficiently managing stock records, warehouse layout and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet business needs, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking goods accurately.
Conduct regular stock audits, cyclic checks, and planned stock takes to minimize discrepancies and losses.
Compare received items against purchase orders, process new orders, and ensure timely replenishment.
Update inventory management systems, maintain accurate stock records, and generate reports on stock levels, usage, and discrepancies.
Organize stock layout for optimal space utilization, ensure proper storage to prevent damage or spoilage, and collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient operations.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, inaccuracies, or losses, and support process improvements.
Maintain communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and stock availability.
