ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking experienced Bilingual Call Centre Agents fluent in Spanish and English to join our remote customer operations team servicing U.S.-based clients. You will handle inbound calls, capture messages accurately and follow client processes, with a focus on healthcare and homecare sectors.

Formación

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent required.
• Previous call centre, contact centre or customer-service experience preferred.
• Experience assisting customers telephonically is advantageous.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills are essential.
• Clear, professional telephone communication and good data capture required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously in Spanish and English.
• Listen carefully to establish the reason for each call and capture caller details.
• Assist with basic customer or patient enquiries using approved processes.
• Accurately capture messages and interaction notes; follow client scripts and escalation procedures.
• Escalate urgent or complex matters to on-call personnel or departments.
• Handle frustrated callers calmly and professionally; complete outbound calls when required.
• Navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers and maintain data accuracy.
