Job summary

JDJ Diagnostics in Pietermaritzburg seeks a reliable team member to support collection and delivery of specimens, reports and related items within standard SOPs. You will assist with administrative queries, ensure vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Effective collection of specimens from various clients as per SOPs
• Ensure vehicles are clean and roadworthy
• Handle administrative duties and queries
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
• Provide additional support in the department when required
• Ensure all logistic protocols are adhered to as per training received
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Comply with Customer Focus requirements
• Accountability to patients, supporters, and all members of JDJ Laboratory
• Display respect and ethical behaviour
• Good team player, with good communication skills

Job description

1. Collection / Delivery of specimens, reports and other items

• Effective collection of specimens from various clients as per SOPs
• Ensure vehicles are clean and roadworthy.
