Bowman Outsourcing seeks a Newly Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with Big 4 articles for a contract-to-permanent role in Cape Town. The candidate will perform IFRS-compliant financial reporting, audit coordination, budgeting, and internal controls enhancement, while driving strategic financial decisions.

Collaboration with senior management is essential. Ideal candidates have completed Big 4 articles, strong IFRS knowledge, and ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Experience: Completed articles at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• Knowledge of IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Evaluate and improve internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Oversee tax compliance and returns.
• Provide management with insightful financial analysis and reporting.
