Clicks Group in Cape Town seeks a Chartered Accountant specializing in Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, IFRS-compliant financial disclosures and robust reporting controls. You will contribute to financial analysis, strategic planning, and process improvements within a dynamic finance team.

The ideal candidate brings a CA(SA) qualification with at least 4 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on ERP exposure, preferably SAP, to support management and audits in a challenging

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent.
• Proven track record of at least 4 years in financial accounting and reporting.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS and South African accounting practices.
• Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS and local statutory requirements for all financial disclosures.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Spearhead the implementation and maintenance of robust internal financial controls.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Provide financial insights and support to senior management for strategic decision-making.
