Job summary

CBRE Excellerate in Sandton, South Africa, is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid processes for FM services, including soft and hard services. You will ensure submissions are compliant, commercially sound and persuasive, coordinating with operations, HR, finance, HSE and technical teams to gather accurate content.

You will drive bid planning, governance, and review cycles with senior stakeholders, develop win themes, manage timelines, and support contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-service bids.
• Strong written communication and ability to turn technical input into client-focused content.
• Knowledge of bid management processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid planning and governance across opportunities.
• Develop bid strategies, win themes and value propositions for clients.
• Coordinate content gathering with operations, HR, finance, HSE and technical teams.
• Oversee proposal development, write and edit responses with high quality standards.
• Support pricing models and commercial considerations; assist BAFOs.
• Manage site visits, client questions and presentations.
