Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our Central Business Insights team in Cape Town. You will develop and present actionable BI insights using Power BI/SQL, collaborating with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires strong data analysis, BI reporting experience, and proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and Excel. You will contribute to data accuracy and build dashboards that inform business operations and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in MI/BI or data-analyst roles with BI report design.
• Strong Excel skills including pivots, formulas and macros.
• Experience designing BI reports for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Business Objects or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze complex datasets and identify key trends for insights.
• Automate reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Write SQL queries and manage data for reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, storage and security.
• Drive data-driven process improvements.
• Provide reporting on call centre operations if applicable.
