Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a BI Department Project Co-ordinator to act as the primary liaison between the company and client brands. You will manage campaigns end-to-end with the BI team, handle inquiries, and brief the Operations and Merchandising teams for flawless execution.

You will also oversee BI platforms (Rubecon, Repsly, and Dashboard), maintain master data, and support ongoing BI processes while travelling nationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years analytics experience with supervisory duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BI tools/web applications.
• Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly Operations/Management meetings.
• Support BI processes and assist with special projects as required.

A specialist sales, merchandising, and market intelligence company, partnering with healthcare, cosmetic, and household brands, is seeking a BI Department Project Co-ordinator who will serve as the primary liaison between the company and their clients. This role focuses on project management, compliance, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns from end-to-end in collaboration with the BI team.
• Act as the primary point of contact, managing all email and telephonic queries.
• Brief the Operations Team and store Merchandisers on campaign details to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage BI platforms and data (Rubecon, Repsly, and Dashboard) alongside the BI team.
• Maintain and update master data, including Rep and Regional Manager route lists.
• Maintain and distribute internal cover sheets, merchandising lists, and monthly sheets.
• Participate in weekly meetings to align with the Operations Department and Management.
• Support general BI processes and assist with special projects as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in analytics, including supervisory duties.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, industry-related databases, and web applications.
• Mobility: Own reliable vehicle required
• Travel: Ability to travel nationally on an ad-hoc basis (e.g., quarterly travel to Durban).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as and when required.
