Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a BI Department Project Co-ordinator in KwaZulu-Natal to oversee campaigns from planning to execution. The role requires collaboration with the BI team, managing partner communications, and ensuring accurate data flow to operations and merchandising teams.

The candidate will co-manage BI tools and dashboards, maintain master data, and support special projects with regular reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years in data analytics with supervisory or project-coordination duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and industry databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage media campaigns from end to end with BI collaboration.
• Serve as primary contact for the media partner and handle queries.
• Brief Operations Team and store Merchandisers on campaign details.
• Co-manage BI tools, field management software, and dashboards.
• Maintain master data, route lists and cover sheets monthly for Reps/Regional Managers.
• Oversee internal merchandising sheets and monthly data reports distribution.
• Provide data support for special projects and join weekly alignment meetings.
