Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with WMS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular checks.
• Monitor movement of goods within the warehouse and for outbound shipments.
• Liaise with procurement, sales, transport to ensure operational alignment.
• Prepare operational reports and inventory status updates.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in implementing improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed and maintain equipment.
• Resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment in the Benoni, Gauteng warehouse.
