Hollywoodbets in Umhlanga seeks a Transformation Officer to drive BEE compliance and reporting across the group and subsidiaries. You will capture and compile BEE information for monthly reports, maintain certificate data, and support annual verification and accreditation processes.

The role requires an accounting-based degree, strong Excel skills, and BBBEE experience. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced team dedicated to improving our BBBEE footprint.

Qualifications

• Completed relevant degree with accounting.
• MS Office experience, specifically in excel.
• Experience in BBBEE is a plus; understanding of BBBEE codes and verification processes.

Responsabilités

• Capture and compile BEE information for monthly reports.
• Compile BEE monthly reports for approval.
• Collect and maintain data for valid BEE certificates across entities, including non-gambling.
• Assist in gathering information for annual BEE verification.
• Assist with the annual BEE accreditation process.
• Maintain records of BEE codes and procedures.
• Coordinate B-BBEE committee meetings and inform members of dates.
• Perform adhoc tasks as required.
