Job summary

Stonebridge HR Solutions is seeking a BBBEE Verifier to assess the BBBEE status of clients ranging from SMEs to multinationals. The role involves leading client kick-off meetings, interpreting scorecards, and delivering high-quality verification files with clear communication.

The ideal candidate holds a BCom Accounting (or related) with SAICA articles completed, and has at least 2 years BBBEE experience. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
• SAICA articles completed.
• 2+ years BBBEE experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Perform BBBEE verifications per codes and company methodology.
• Lead client kick-off meetings and manage relationships.
• Interpret and communicate BBBEE scorecard elements clearly.
• Prepare verification files and finalize results.
• Present findings to client teams of up to 8 people.
• Address objections and handle difficult questions.
