Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, skincare, or retail/FMCG is desirable.
• Strong merchandising and promotions knowledge.
• Excellent stock management and housekeeping in-store.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to advise on products meeting their needs.
• Drive sales through promotions, cross-selling and upselling to meet targets.
• Monitor sales and product performance to improve offerings and profitability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on beauty products, trends and promotions.
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising and promotions standards are met.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador and promote Clicks ClubCard.
