Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in a Transformation role within a BPO or international services.
• 2 years’ experience at management/EXCO level in a BPO.
• Extensive knowledge of BBBEE Codes and Employment Equity Act.

Responsibilities

• Lead BBBEE and associated transformation activities.
• Ensure compliance with BBBEE legislative requirements.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with local organizations.
