We are looking for a skilled and experienced BAW Developer to design, develop, and support Business Automation Workflow (BAW) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM BAW/BPM technologies, workflow automation, and system integrations, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Business Automation Workflow (BAW) applications.
• Design and configure workflows, services, and user interfaces based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Integrate BAW solutions with enterprise systems such as IBM BPM, databases, and third-party applications.
• Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in BAW applications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and project managers.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for deployed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in BAW (Business Automation Workflow) development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with IBM BAW / IBM BPM.
• Experience in workflow design, process automation, and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with SOAP/REST‑based services.
• Knowledge of databases such as DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in IBM BPM / BAW technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
