Job summary

Impronics Technologies in Johannesburg seeks a BPM/BAW specialist to design and develop complex workflow solutions for clients. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver code on time.

As a technical consultant, you will work directly with clients, blending analytical, solution-oriented approaches with strong communication to meet evolving needs in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience migrating from IBM BPM to IBM BAW is a value add.
• Hands-on skills: BPM/BAW (BPEL, BPMN), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP/JSON, IBM BAW REST Calls.
• Proven ability to work as a team leader or as a member in an Agile environment.
• Strong workflow design principles and excellent communication.

Job Description

The Role requires development experience in IBM BPM/BAW (Business Automation Workflow). Role will include designing and developing BPM solutions in IBM BPM/BAW and ensuring a reliable and timely delivery of the code to the customer as per the requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clients as a technical consultant and have experience in IBM BPM/BAW. They will not only be technically savvy but also have mastered the art of delivering customer solutions that meet their future requirements. The candidate will blend their analytical, solutions-focused approach with a service-oriented attitude.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma/Degree related to Information Technology or equivalent experience.

Experience Required

• 3+ years broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions.
• Experience in migrating from IBM BPM to IBM BAW is value add.
• Technical Skills: BPM/BAW (BPEL, BPMN) and JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP JSON, IBM BAW REST Calls
• Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment.
