Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware.
• Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
• Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, such as sodas and juices.
• Assist bartenders with preparing and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
