Placements24 seeks a skilled Sous Chef to support banqueting operations in Klerksdorp. Working with the Head Chef, you will manage kitchen activities, oversee food preparation, and ensure high-quality dishes for large-scale events.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
Strong background in banqueting and large-scale event catering.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution.
