Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years experience in retail or banking client service.
• Exposure to cash handling, banking systems and second line problem resolution.
• Must have proven foreign exchange experience.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by offering the right service and the right solution.
• Build and maintain long-standing relationships with clients using digital and technical expertise to resolve escalated problems.
• Educate clients on subscribing and servicing their Nedbank self-service platforms.
• Understand client needs through connecting and delivering financial solutions with care.
• Use insights to solve client needs relating to self-service, features and digital functionality.
• Prevent fraud, risks and losses by referring any out-of-mandate occurrences.
• Ensure cash equipment and devices issues are logged with IT help-desk and resolved.
• Assist Client Advisors and Support Specialists with complex queries.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly control activities; balance branch cash, treasury and ATMs.
• Adhere to Nedbank security, operational and compliance procedures.
