Absa Group is recruiting for a branch-based customer service and sales role. You will deliver needs-based banking solutions, handle inquiries, manage customer relationships, and promote digital banking while meeting regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes efficient service, cross-selling opportunities, and adherence to FAIS and TCF standards within a diverse branch environment. Training and ongoing compliance are part of the job.

Formación

• Deliver efficient customer service and resolve queries with minimal handovers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and cross-sell banking solutions.
• Operate within FAIS licensing, RE requirements, and supervision where applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and regulatory training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide needs-based sales and service across retail banking products.
• Handle customer needs end-to-end with minimal handovers.
• Manage customer relationships and portfolio value.
• Promote alternative banking channels and digital/self-service adoption.
