Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have FAIS licensing and regulatory training (RE requirements).
• Experience in achieving sales targets and cross-selling.

• Champion digital and self-service adoption to reduce assisted transactions.
• Manage customer flow, hosting, and queue redirection.
