Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Bloemfontein is seeking an Account Analyst to support a Growth portfolio by handling day-to-day administration and client servicing. You will assist the Relationship Manager with sales, portfolio management, and ensuring compliance to regulatory standards.

The role requires 3-4 years of experience in lending principles, client service, and an understanding of back-office processes within Business & Commercial Banking.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Business Commerce (minimum).
• FAIS Representative certification required or in progress.
• 3-4 years experience as an Account Analyst with lending, sales and client servicing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks for the Growth portfolio.

To ensure that all compliance requirements within the portfolio are met and act as a central office-bound contact point for the client, providing sales and service fulfilment aligned to segment targets.

Experience Required

• Experience in Credit or Retail Credit Collections responsible to complete credit applications.
• Must have relevant intermediary experience in respect of FAIS.
