Miway is seeking a self-motivated Commercial Insurance Sales Hunter (B2B) in Bloemfontein. You will hunt, source, and convert your own new business through cold calling and networking in a face-to-face role with corporate clients.

The position offers a permanent role, a hybrid setup in Bloemfontein, a competitive basic salary, and lucrative commission with training and tools provided.

Qualifications

• NQF4/Matric/Standard 10 and FAIS qualifications with RE5 completed.
• Must have own reliable transport and a valid code B driver’s license.
• 2+ years' experience in commercial insurance and face-to-face business.
• Proven ability to source and convert new business leads.

• Actively source and grow your portfolio of clients.
• Provide world-class service to your portfolio, ensuring a low lapse rate.
• Screen new business to protect Miway’s risk pool.
