The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in technical writing within aviation, plus expertise with MadCap Flare or FrameMaker and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in aviation/aerospace.
• Proven ability to write and edit complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with authoring tools and content management systems (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker).
• Familiarity with aviation terminology, regulations, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent research, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with on-site and remote colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and update technical documentation for aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Develop clear, concise, and accurate content for engineers, technicians, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with SMEs across departments to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
• Ensure documentation complies with aviation standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage document control processes, including version control, review cycles, and publication.
