• Oversee SDLC, requirements, architecture, coding, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a team of developers and enforce coding standards (DO-178C).
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and QA for integration and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, debug complex issues, optimize software performance.
• Stay updated on aviation software trends and CI/CD practices.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
