You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize aviation projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.


• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.


• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.


• Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.


• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.


• Ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management , with at least 5 years focused on the aviation industry .


• Proven experience managing large-scale projects, such as aircraft development, infrastructure upgrades, or operational enhancements.


• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).


• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
