The role requires a strong background in engineering or business administration, 8+ years in PM with aviation focus, and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methods using MS Project or Asana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, or related field; PMP preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience; 5+ years in aviation.
• Experience managing large-scale aviation projects (aircraft, infra, operations).
• Familiar with Agile or Waterfall; MS Project or Asana proficiency.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize aviation projects on schedule and within budget.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables with senior management.
• Develop plans with timelines, resources, and risk management.
• Lead project teams and monitor progress.
• Communicate updates and risks to stakeholders.
