Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Airworthiness & Maintenance Oversight: Manage complex scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs, ensuring absolute compliance with international aviation authorities (SACAA / FAA / EASA standards).


• Technical Asset Management: Oversee major aircraft modifications, avionics upgrades, and interior completions, managing relationships with top-tier global MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facilities).


• Safety & Quality Assurance: Partner closely with flight operations, safety officers, and quality auditors to investigate technical anomalies, drive root-cause analyses, and implement robust corrective actions.


• Vendor & Budget Governance: Negotiate contracts, manage technical service level agreements, and oversee multi-million-dollar maintenance budgets with stringent cost-control measures.


• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous technical logs, airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), and fleet records to guarantee audit readiness at a moment’s notice.

Must have’s:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering


• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of hands‑on aviation engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a corporate jet or commercial airline engineering management role.


• Technical Mastery: Deep familiarity with modern corporate aircraft platforms (e.g., Bombardier, Gulfstream, or Dassault Falcon families) and advanced avionics/airframe systems.


• Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of civil aviation regulations, safety management systems (SMS), and continuous airworthiness maintenance programs (CAMP).
