Placements24 is seeking an Aviation Project Manager to lead major aviation initiatives in Kimberley. The role blends on-site and remote coordination, overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications for complex infrastructure upgrades and fleet enhancements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 8+ years in project management with aviation experience, strong PM knowledge (PMP/Agile), and outstanding leadership and communication

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in aviation.
• Proven track record of managing complex aviation projects.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies (PMP, Agile).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of aviation projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee project teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring objectives and quality standards.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
