Job summary

Oostelike Personeel Konsultante in Cape Town is seeking a results-driven Strand Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and ensure accurate inventory with a hands-on leadership approach.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse management or senior supervision, proficiency in WMS/ERP and MS Excel, and a solid track record of building high-performing teams in a fast-paced logistics setting. This is a full-time, on-site position with standard hours and probation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a Warehouse Management or Senior Supervisory role.
• Matric certificate required; tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain advantageous.
• Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in WMS/ERP software and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership with a reliable work history and references.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse workflows to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Direct, mentor, and manage warehouse staff; oversee shifts and task delegation.
• Drive stock accuracy with cycle counts, stocktakes, and ERP updates.
• Collaborate with transport providers to optimize distribution and client satisfaction.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
