Job summary

The Core Group seeks an experienced iStore Trainer to deliver technical training to technicians across dealership networks in Pretoria. You will prepare curriculum, translate materials for local language readiness, and coordinate with training design teams to ensure high-quality content.

Responsibilities include hands-on demonstrations, curriculum reviews, and supporting market activities, with a focus on FIRFT and standards compliance. Extensive automotive training experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Trade Certificate (Auto Industry Designated Trade) + N4 or + N3 with Ford qualification.
• Extensive experience in automotive industry with strong background in technical training, service in automotive systems, diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with automotive technical training processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training on curriculum, new model training, and performance improvements to technicians across dealership networks.
• Review training materials and adjust for local language readiness before delivery.
• Translate and rectify training content for local language and market relevance.
