Job summary

Hyundai Automotive South Africa is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new vehicle sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our dealership. You will build lasting relationships, understand mobility needs and provide trusted guidance throughout the purchasing journey.

You will conduct vehicle presentations, test drives and demonstrations, and collaborate with finance, service and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in automotive is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• CRM experience and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable Hyundai vehicle solutions.
• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations, test drives and product demonstrations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and prospecting activities.
• Collaborate with finance, service, parts and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Remain informed about Hyundai products, competitor activity and industry developments.
