Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Witbank automotive tyre and battery store. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure service standards, stock levels and safety compliance.

You bring at least 5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in automotive parts, and a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing. Proactive and customer-focused with strong planning and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 required.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
• 5 years' retail sales and/or marketing experience, including up to 3 years at supervisory or managerial level.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Oversee stock availability, pricing, promotions and merchandising.
• Manage the store budget, control expenditure and identify cost savings.
• Supervise, schedule, appraise and develop store staff.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with legal, risk, and health and safety requirements, and maintain store security.
