Job summary

MyCareerCraft Cape Town is seeking a Branch Manager for a busy automotive parts and services store. The role requires hands-on leadership to run daily operations from opening to closing, control stock, manage pricing and promotions, and ensure customers are served quickly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a completed diploma in Business Admin, Sales, or Marketing, at least five years in retail with three in supervision, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to lead

Qualifications

Diploma in Business Admin, Sales, or Marketing.
5+ years of retail experience, 3+ in supervision.
Experience with stock, targets, and team leadership.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Reliable, practical, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all store operations from opening to closing.
Managing stock levels, pricing, and promotions.
Making sure customers are helped quickly and professionally.
Leading a team that includes sales staff, technical support, general workers, and a driver.
Handling staff performance, training, and general support.
Making sure health and safety, company policies, and legal requirements are followed.
Monitoring budgets and expenses, and keeping things cost-effective.
