Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team in Bloemfontein, Free State. The role focuses on driving output, quality, and safety on the production floor within the automotive supply chain.

You will supervise operations, coach operators, monitor processes, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring adherence to IATF 16949 and safety regulations. This is a hands-on leadership position in Bloemfontein.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards (IATF 16949), and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily production activities to meet quality, quantity and efficiency targets.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of production operators.
• Monitor processes and implement corrective actions for deviations.
