Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Automotive Production Line Supervisor for its Centurion operation. The role combines on-site leadership with hybrid work flexibility to oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will lead a skilled team, drive lean practices, and partner withQuality, Maintenance and Logistics to meet KPIs while promoting a collaborative workplace culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role within automotive manufacturing or similar high-volume production.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing techniques (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production line team to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions for deviations.
