Placements24 is recruiting an Automotive Production Supervisor to oversee Randburg production floor operations. You will lead a team of line workers, uphold safety standards, and drive output, quality, and continuous improvement in a hands-on environment.

The ideal candidate will have automotive manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of lean principles. You will coach staff, track performance, and ensure targets for volume and safety are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
