Job summary

Morgan Motor Group Standerton is seeking a motivated Parts Sales Executive to drive parts sales and expand the customer base in Standerton. The role requires proven parts sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be able to work weekends, and demonstrate solid product knowledge, communication and computer skills. Knowledge of local markets is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of parts sales experience (non-negotiable)
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven track record in parts sales and achieving targets
• Good product knowledge and ability to identify/supply correct parts
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Good computer literacy and administrative accuracy

Responsibilities

• Drive parts sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Develop new business and grow existing customer base
• Build and maintain relationships with workshops, fleet operators and retail customers
• Accurately quote, source and supply correct parts
• Follow up on quotations, orders and potential sales opportunities
• Conduct proactive sales calls and customer visits to generate more business
• Manage customer enquiries, orders, returns and backorders efficiently
• Maintain records, quotations and customer information
• Collaborate with parts department and workshop to ensure excellent service
• Identify opportunities to increase parts sales and market share across brands
