Select Motor Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support campaign planning, reporting, dealer network marketing, and event activations within a dynamic automotive environment. You will coordinate assets, manage portals, and assist with promotions across brands.

The role requires 2–3 years in a related field, strong English communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Travel may be required for events and activations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator/Support role.
• Automotive industry or agency experience is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update campaign calendars; ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate creative assets with agencies and media partners.
• Consolidate feedback and communicate with external suppliers.
• Assist with production, proofreading, and compliance of marketing materials.
• Ensure marketing activities adhere to brand standards and timelines.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports from digital platforms.
• Monitor dealer network corporate identity compliance.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
• Track campaign performance and maintain reporting templates.
• Manage dealer marketing portals and asset libraries.
• Upload new content and archive outdated material.
• Assist dealerships with marketing templates and collateral.
• Provide first-line support for dealer marketing inquiries.
• Coordinate communication with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies.
• Schedule meetings and maintain agency contact databases.
• Track project progress, deliverables, and reports.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and deadlines.
• Maintain central marketing asset libraries and brand guidelines.
• Adapt content for various marketing channels and specs.
• Review content for quality and compliance with brand standards.
• Assist with planning and execution of product launches and events.
• Coordinate logistics, attendee communication, and schedules.
• Attend events and support on-site activities.
• Manage media fleet scheduling and vehicle bookings where applicable.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
• Compile social media monitoring reports.
• Source market data for management presentations and strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities and risks within the market.
