Job summary

You will educate customers on cloud architectures, lead architecture reviews, and partner with sales, professional services and product teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

The role focuses on automotive and manufacturing industries, balancing technical depth with strategic guidance to accelerate cloud adoption and deliver value across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience within technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with strategic customers to accelerate their projects and recommend best-practice architectures.
• Build technical relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Share the voice of the customer to inform AWS feature roadmaps.
• Create and share best practices, technical content and reference architectures.
