Job summary

Motus GWM seeks a dedicated financial services professional to support its dealership network by providing vehicle finance and the sale of approved products to maximise gross profit while upholding FSB standards. You will ensure up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, selling finance and insurance solutions, maintaining debtor books, and ensuring governance and compliance with NCA/CRA/FAIS/FICA.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric with a relevant diploma.
• Credit Management Diploma advantageous.
• Regulatory Exam and NC Accreditation.
• Retail or Short-Term Insurance qualification (≥120 credits).

Responsibilities

• Deliver on agreed performance and sales targets in a high-volume dealership.
• Provide financial and insurance advice and associated products.
• Manage and maintain the finance and insurance debtor’s book and related administration.
• Ensure compliance with NCA, CRA, FAIS, FICA and dealership policies.
