Job summary

Affirmative Portfolios is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to visit Durban dealerships, build lasting relationships and demonstrate value of our products. The manager will report to the National Account Manager based in KZN and will coordinate training, support, and reporting for clients.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, problem solving and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Marketing or sales degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing/account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with dealerships and regular visits.
• Train clients on systems and features.
• Provide customer and system support as first point of contact.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems.
• Present and interpret reports to clients and internal teams.
• Keep client cards updated with notes and actions.
• Introduce and train clients on new services and products with reporting.
• Draft client briefs for new projects and assist copywriting.
• Coordinate with teams through updates to drive improvements.
