• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to assess business cases.
• Experience in partnerships and key accounts is preferred.

• Identify and implement commercial opportunities to grow sales and retailer performance.
• Manage partnerships, financial services initiatives, incentives and programs.
• Lead budgets, governance and quarterly reviews to drive performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Retail teams to deploy retail programmes.
• Coach and develop the commercial team to sustain high performance.
