Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or application engineering within the automation industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation products (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, robotics).
• Excellent technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in technical communication, presentation, and documentation.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Polokwane.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate automation solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and quotations.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and consultation.
• Assist with system design and integration planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders at client sites.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation technology and our client's product portfolio.
• Travel to client sites within Limpopo for technical meetings, installations, and support.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating technical value propositions.
